Versatile Assistant (UK) was established by Sam Cannell in January 2007 to provide PA and business support services to small business clients, allowing them to free up their valuable time to focus on what they do best.  The business quickly grew to have a regular client base and in April 2008 Sam was awarded the prestigious National VA of the Year Award.  Soon after this Sam moved to Australia and Versatile Assistant Pty Ltd was born – we are now a truly international company!

In 2009 Versatile Assistant commenced a Licensee programme, enabling new Virtual Assistants to start their own business under the Versatile Assistant umbrella.  This enables us to serve clients globally and ensures that our Virtual Assistants are passionate about working for their clients.  We have also developed a team of specialist Assistants to help us in the areas that small business owners often need assistance with.

Sam oversees the UK team from Adelaide, Australia so we love utilising technology like our Client Intranet System, Skype, Social Media, shared calendars and of course email.
