Versatile Assistant builds a trial period into each client agreement so that both parties have the opportunity to ensure the business relationship will be successful. We also pride ourselves on client confidentiality and you can be assured that we adhere to the Data Protection Act.

Versatile Assistant issues a Client Charter and Complaints Procedure with every signed client agreement.

We offer 10% discount for monthly retainer packages of 10+ hours per month. We also offer discounted pre-paid blocks of hours.

Versatile Assistant charges an hourly rate on a per minute basis, we use time tracking software to ensure our clients are billed accurately. We do not round up to the nearest fifteen minutes so you only pay for time actually spent working as your PA. Incidental costs such as telephone calls, postage and stationery are chargeable to the client.
